Mint-Aid for Stress and Anxiety

Here's a few of my all-time favourite relaxi-herbs in a remedy with a bit of a twist. It's my version of a soft drink (pffffft - like a naturopath would ever let you have actual soft drink) packed full of anti-anxiety and de-stress herbs. 

For those of you currently chattering your teeth in the northern hemisphere winter, you can easily adapt this to a steaming pot of tea.
